Return and Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase.

 

Digital products for download cannot be canceled and are not refunded so please review the products before purchase.

If you received an item that is damaged or defective please review the guidelines below and reach out for assistance by sending an email (per guidelines below) to hello@iamwoman.store.

We must be contacted by email within 5 days of the date of receipt if an item has arrived damaged or defective. We’ll replace items that arrive damaged or defective once the issue has been verified.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to user error such as selecting the wrong size or not liking the design.

Refunds for damaged or defective items:

We’ll accept refund requests for items that arrive damaged or defective once the issue has been verified.  We must be contacted by email at hello@iamwoman.store within 5 days of the date of receipt and photos must be included showing the outer packaging and the item.

Returns should NEVER be shipped back to the address on the packing slip of Rosa Parks Blvd, Detroit MI 48216, this is the manufacturer address, ALL returns received at this address are destroyed or donated. You must contact us for an RMA, return merchandise authorization number, at that time the address for the return will be provided.

Please include in the subject line: First and last name and order number.  In the body of the email include photos, mailing address and if you want a replacement item, store credit or a full refund back to original method of payment.

Within 14 days of the receipt of your email, we will reply with an RMA, return authorization number, you then have 14 days of receipt of the email to mail back the damaged or defective product. Details on what to include in the return will be in the email, name, address, order number as well as tracking number and receipt for the cost of the return shipping (we will only refund returns via USPS and for no more than $5.00).

Within 30 days of the receipt of your item and inspection, a refund, exchange or in-store credit based of your request will be processed for the original purchase price as well as the amount of return shipping for USPS only and should be no more than $5.00.   You will receive a confirmation email once the request has been processed and refund issued.

Return Shipping

You are responsible to return the item and obtain tracking for damaged or defective items (you will be refunded for return shipping up to $5.00).

Final Sale Items

If the item is marked “Final Sale”, it does not qualify for a return or refund.

Cancel or change an order: all order process fairly fast so please check all details before you process your order as in most cases as your order CANNOT be canceled.

Customer Refused Shipment: in the event that you refuse the delivery of an order no refund will be issued as refused shipments are returned to the manufacturer. All returns to the address on the packing slip/return label are donated or destroyed.  Since the manufacturer will not issue me a refund, I am not able to issue you one as well, so please never refuse a shipment.
